Grilled vs Fried

Grilled chicken uses piri piri heat levels, from Mango & Lime up to Extra Hot. Fried wings use American-inspired sauces like Chipotle Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan.

  • Grilled: heat ladder, lighter, smoky.
  • Fried: saucy, crispy, big flavour hits.

Mix them in one order – grilled on the plate, fried in the box.

How to choose

Pick your base, then pick your flavour.

First decide: grilled or fried. Then choose the flavour set below. You can’t put fried sauces on grilled chicken (and vice versa) – that’s how we keep the flavours tight and consistent.
